An to release her second book of essays "An no Kibun Horo Horo"

An will be releasing her second essay book titled "An no Kibun Horo Horo" (An's feelings in ones and twos) on 20 October which is a collection of her monthly essays published on "Asahi Shinbun Digital from January 2013 to July 2016. Her first book titled "An no fumu fumu" was published in 2012.

In the new book which spans the last three and a half years when she became very popular due to the hit 2013 NHK morning drama "Gochisousan", starred in the NTV hit series "Hanasaki Mai ga damatte nai" in 2014 and 2015 got married to Higashide Masahiro and gave birth to twins, An commented that this had been a very busy and fulfilling period for her so the book also serves as a good way for her to compile these memories in a tangible form. In conjunction with the release of the book, there are new essays added such as about the unagi fishing date with Higashide while they were filming in Osaka and their overseas trip before getting married. She will also talk about her childcare experience for her twin daughters who were born in may this year. The cover of the book contains an illustration of her husband, her, their two daughters and two dogs which was drawn by An herself.
