Kawaguchi Haruna, Tanabe Seiichi and Suzuki Sawa will be starring in the TBS autumn 2013 drama "Otto no Kanojo" (My Husband's Girlfriend) which begins its run from October in the Thursdays 9pm timeslot. The drama which is based on Kakiya Miu's novel and is Kawaguchi's first leading role in a primetime drama since her debut 5 years ago, features the latter as a 20-year-old OL Hoshimi who gets mistaken as her superior's (Tanabe) mistress and ends up accidentally swapping bodies with his 39-year-old wife Ryoko (Suzuki) while they are locked in a scuffle. Hoshimi is a cool person who refuses to rely on anyone while Ryoko is a mother of two who is conservative and keeps imagining that her husband is straying. Suzuki Fuku will play Ryoko's eldest son who is 10 years old.
Filming will begin in early September.
