Suda Masaki to star in FujiTV's "Yo ni mo Kimyou na Monogatari"

Suda Masaki will be starring in one of the stories within FujiTV's new "Yo ni mo Kimyou na Monogatari Spring 2017 SP" which will be shown at 9pm on 29 April. The segment titled "Chameleon Haiyuu" (Chameleon Actor) is an original story written by Kuroiwa Tsutomu which features Suda as a young and popular actor Kudo Keita. As recommended by his manager Nabeshima played by Tsukaji Muga who wants him to become an actor like a chameleon, Keita relies on a mysterious drug called Chameleone which helps him transform to any person he wants for a limited period of time. This helps Keita achieve the success he desires as an actor but his doctor tells him not to take the drug for more than once a day due to the potential side effects. However, when faced with having to act opposite his rival Yamaki Takuro (Hirayama Hiroyuki), Keita goes against his doctor's advice and makes use of Chameleone to win the battle...

As Suda has been nicknamed a chameleon actor before for his versatile acting, this role is like a self- parody of himself. Suda expressed his joy at being able to take part in this series which he had been watching before he made his debut and likes how this story has a mix of humour, sarcasm and the desires of human beings.
