"Kindaichi Shonen no Jikenbo" to be back as full-length series this summer

Hey! Say! JUMP's Yamada Ryosuke and Kawaguchi Haruna will be back as Kindaichi Hajime and Nanase Miyuki in the new "Kindaichi Shonen no Jiken N (neo)" which begins its run via NTV from July at 9pm on Saturdays. This is the first time in 13 years since a full-length series featuring second-generation Kindaichi i.e. Arashi's Matsumoto Jun was made. Yamada became the fourth generation Kindaichi last year and had appeared in two SPs so far. The new releases of the Kindaichi manga resumed last November and the anime version also began its run from 5 April this year thus the drama will be the icing on the cake for the Kindaichi year.

Co-stars include Hey! Say! JUMP's Arioka Daiki who will play the role of Saki Ryuji again while Detective Kenmochi will be played by Yamaguchi Tomomitsu who is appearing in the Kindaichi series for the first time.
